Hi, my name is Felipe Granda. Nice to meet you! I am a software engineer with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, I am focused on Software Engineering Management at a Fintech startup in Colombia called Addi. My role involves driving the Mobile Application initiatives, which aim to connect stores in Colombia with clients who want to buy using credit and payments alternatives. My main focus is to guide high-performing teams and build strong software engineers in a critical industry in Latam, which is the financial system. By combining technology and finance, I aim to create an outstanding recipe for the challenge, which is one of my biggest motivations to get out of bed and go to work. In the past, I have worked with the agency model on over 150 projects, developed and deployed in various areas of software development such as web frontend, UI, UX, testing, and backend. Additionally, as an entrepreneurial professional, I am focused on delighting clients with excellent products and experiences. I have experience working with several teams, particularly in coordinating software engineering. This includes tech leads, backends, frontends, testing, automation, platform DevSecOps culture, and product counterparts such as UI designers, UX researchers, writers, and product managers. I have engaged in IT world-class projects and interacted with different areas of product/project managers, as well as sales/marketing/customer success and operations areas in different companies simultaneously. My main focus is on my work, which helps people improve each day. I am aligned with the culture of E2E ownership, big impact, and strong collaborations.
